The Riccar D123-1000 Thermal Protection Switch is a factory replacement safety cutout for Riccar 6000, 7000, and 8000 series uprights, as well as PF600BP and PF1000B models. The switch cuts motor power if the vacuum overheats. Replace when the vacuum fails to restart after cooling or the switch is damaged.
