Diagnostics and Estimates

Our stores are staffed with expert repair technicians. Many issues we can diagnose and fix while you wait, and we will tell you up front if yours needs to stay with us. If we don't stock the part you need, we will order it where the manufacturer makes it available to us and give you an estimate before any work starts.

The diagnostic is paid up front. Parts extra. We call you with what's wrong and what it costs before we touch it. If you'd rather not go ahead, you owe the diagnostic and nothing else.
