Riccar FAQ
Are you an authorized Riccar dealer?
Yes. Carmen's Vacuum is an authorized Riccar dealer. Every Riccar we sell is new, ships from Columbus, Ohio, and comes with Riccar's manufacturer warranty.
Where are Riccar vacuums made?
Riccar is a Missouri company. Its vacuums are designed and engineered in Missouri, and its top-of-the-line models, including the Tandem Air, are assembled at Riccar's own factory in St. James, Missouri.
What makes Riccar different?
Riccar builds for the long run: chrome steel and extruded aluminum in the nozzle on most uprights, lifetime belts on many models, HEPA media bags, and warranties up to 5 years. The Tandem Air pairs two motors in one upright, a design Riccar patented, and the Tandem Air and SupraLite Premium carry the Carpet and Rug Institute Gold Seal.
Which Riccar is best for pet hair?
The two Premium Pet models: the R27P Clean Air and the R40P Tandem Air. Both carry a 5-year Riccar warranty. The R40P adds Riccar's two-motor Tandem Air design.
What warranty comes with a Riccar?
Riccar sets it by model, from 1 year on the R10E to 5 years on the R10P, R27P and Tandem Air. Defective products will be processed through the manufacturer's warranty policy.
How fast will my Riccar ship?
In-stock orders placed by 2:00pm EST ship the same business day from our Columbus, Ohio warehouse, and shipping is free over $49.99. A few models ship from our retail stores within 2 business days.
