This component is part of the 3M Flow Control System (FCS), which dilutes and dispenses chemical concentrate for spray or foam application. In manufacturer testing at water pressures from 20 to 120 psi, the FCS was on average 55 percent more accurate at diluting chemical concentrate than the nearest competitive system, helping minimize chemical waste compared with traditional bulk dispensers. The portable format works from the same bottle as the wall-mount unit.
