The Riccar D220-1414 is the soft carpet baseplate assembly for UltraLight (ULW) series uprights. The soft carpet baseplate raises the brushroll height to reduce aggressiveness on low-pile and delicate floor surfaces.

Fits: Riccar M500, S10, and R10 series UltraLight uprights (including R10S). Install when the standard baseplate causes carpet damage or when switching to soft carpet configuration.
