Vacuum911 — Commercial Vacuum Fleet Maintenance

Vacuum911 is a cradle-to-grave commercial vacuum maintenance and fleet management program from Carmen's Distribution Systems. For the past 30 years we have helped companies with regional and national brick-and-mortar locations maintain their fleet of commercial vacuums. We represent most brands, and we are contractors for the leading facility management software systems.

The goal is simple: a sustainable solution to vacuum maintenance that limits downtime and site disruption, and keeps you on budget.

How the program works

1. We build the program with you

Our consultants work with you to develop a maintenance program that meets your goals. As an authorized service and warranty dealer for most manufacturers, we support your sites regardless of the brand or where the machines were originally purchased.

2. We manage the fleet

Trained customer care representatives troubleshoot any vacuum issue directly with your site staff, so those calls stop landing at your corporate office. You get transparent reporting, and the program flexes as your needs change.

3. We keep your sites running

When troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, we ship a replacement directly to the site. We then refurbish the broken machine to factory specification using only genuine OEM parts and return it to your designated pool.

4. We can supply the rest of the building

Beyond the vacuum fleet, we distribute a full assortment of cleaning supplies and business essentials directly to each of your locations.

Established in 1970, the business has grown from a single vacuum repair shop into four retail locations, a janitorial wholesale distribution company, and multiple eCommerce platforms.
