19-inch tufted pad driver from Malish, fitted with the NP9200 clutch plate. Heavy polypropylene strands, trimmed irregular at 3/4 inch, are staple-set into Malish's TUFF-BLOCK for secure floor pad holding power.

Includes a 1-1/4 inch thick plastic riser (also available without riser).
